Packers Creative Use of 12 Personnel

One thing I noticed while writing The 2023 Green Bay Packers Complete Offensive Manual was how they got to some neat 12 personnel looks using unique formations or motions. They also sprinkled in some creative concepts or tags. Finding ways to make 12 personnel work for your offense can put defenses in hard situations.

I made an 8 minute cutup of the ones that stood out to me. Here are a pair of plays you will find in the cutup. The first one is a delayed Rail route off a staple Play Action concept. The second one is a Crack Toss variation that uses the same presentation (formation-motion) that the Packers often use to get to Counter Solid.
