Full flow Outside Zone involves the tight end and fullback working in the same direction. It is flexible and all-purpose. It can be adapted to any front/secondary structure. The inclusion of a fullback gives the offense the ability to handle a lot of looks that would give most variations of Outside Zone a hard time.

There are a ton of variations of Outside Zone Strong - Lead. I go into extensive detail on how they all work in The 2025 Chicago Bears Complete Offensive Manual.

Here is one example from Joe Brady and the Bills, followed by a cutup of 6 of my favorite designs/calls from 2025.

At 1Q 3:25 in week 8, the Bills call a 22 personnel Outside Zone Strong – Lead concept. This one is an adaptation of the “Zorro” variety

The FB and widest TE will combo the EMOL to the cornerback.

With the weak rotation and linebackers not bumping a gap strong to account for the rotation pre-snap, Buffalo has leverage for the combination blocks.

The ball cuts behind the PST.

For only $5, you will have access to the cutup below. Additionally, access to the Cutup Library which features over 270 full-season concept based cutups of the top NFL offenses.
