Cutup Friday: 2023 Lions Four Strong

Four Strong concepts are growing in popularity across all levels of football. They simplify the read for the quarterback, often giving him a true 1 on 1 isolation weak. Each one will have a concept designed to stress regular coverage rules on the other side of the field.

The following image shows an example of a Four Strong concept. Next week, I will pick one from the Lions 2023 season and go in depth with it.
